It wasn’t too long ago we were sitting at dinner talking about planning a vacation. Eric is the ultimate vacation planner. He spends hours researching, mapping and organizing. When he’s done, we have a complete itinerary by day, allowing us to enjoy our vacation and maximize the time at our destination. Kelly said, “Eric, you really should share this information. It’s so valuable and would help people have a fantastic trip.” Little britches agreed. That night, we decided to start this food and travel blog. The next day, we coined the name and the rest is history!
